Daikoku in rice measure. Daikoku, the God of Wealth and Harvest, usually stands on a bale of rice, wearing a flat black hat. He carries a large sack full of treasure slung over his shoulder and holds a small magic mallet. Daikoku is also the deity of the kitchen and a provider of food. His figure is often paired with a rice measure to symbolize having a plentiful harvest or a full stomach.
