SAKIORI
Sakiori 裂織 (to tear and weave) is a traditional Japanese form of textile recycling. When cloth is beyond almost any other use, it can be torn into strips and re-woven into Sakiori panels. The panels can be used alone as obi belts or joined together to make vest, coats, or blankets.
